Overview

We are pleased to be working with our established client who are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover the North London and surrounding areas to carry out service, repair and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry and complete warranty work, general repair, service and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment. You will complete all relevant paperwork/administration and actively promote product/parts and services to existing customers. You will be part of an out of hours call out rota.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Exemplary customer service and demonstrable experience from a similar role in Automotive, Material Handling, LGV Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Heavy Plant engineering industries.
• Ideally have completed an apprenticeship or qualification in an engineering subject or be able to demonstrate through experience.
• Live within the M11/M25 catchment area.
• Flexible working approach and have a full driving licence.
