Are you a confident communicator who loves being on the road and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and champion a leading FMCG brand across North East London.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for visiting trade customers (primarily convenience stores) within your territory, promoting our brand, and driving product visibility and sales. This is a field‑based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys meeting new people every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit convenience stores and independent retailers across North East London.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Promote brand awareness and ensure product displays meet company standards.
  • Introduce new products, share promotional activity, and secure additional shelf space.
  • Collect feedback, report on store performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet daily / weekly targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in field sales or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
  • A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and passion for growing brands.
