Field Sales Representative - FMCG

Location: Glasgow & Surrounding Area

Salary: £35,000 + Car, bonus, pension

We're partnering with a fast growing consumer brand that is expanding its presence across the UK market. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Field Sales Representative to manage and develop a key territory in Scotland, focusing on independent retail and wholesale channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business with innovative products, a clear growth strategy, and a focus on driving commercial success through strong customer relationships and in store excellence. As a Field Sales Representative, you\'ll play a vital role in bringing the brand to life in the field and driving tangible commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the Glasgow territory, building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to maximise sales and product availability.
  • Work closely with wholesale partners to activate promotions, drive compliance, and improve brand presence across key locations.
  • Ensure brand visibility and execution at the point of sale, including placement of POS materials, merchandising, and planogram adherence.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities where wholesale routes are limited, ensuring product reach and market coverage with retail partners.
  • Track territory performance, gather market insights, and provide valuable feedback to the wider commercial team.
