Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships, and getting out on the road? Here’s your chance to join a leading UK leisure marine brand and take your career to the next level.

You Should be based between Southampton and Brighton and willing to attend the office in East Sussex once a week.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive your van, stocked with premium marine products, and sell directly to customers.
• Build strong relationships with boatyards, chandleries, and marine enthusiasts.
• Take orders, manage your territory, and hit – or exceed – your sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the brand across the UK.
• Attend shows, exhibitions, and regattas to showcase the products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, ideally B2B.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
• Passion for the marine sector is a big plus!
