About Us

We’re a fast-growing sports & gifting brand bringing “mystery shirt” magic into the real world – via claw machines and vending machines packed with surprise football jerseys.

We’re at the start of this journey and our long-term ambition is to place 800+ claw and vending machines across the UK & Ireland in high-footfall, football-focused venues.

Once we’ve cracked the UK & Ireland model, the plan is to expand this rollout into Europe and the USA – turning it into a serious global revenue stream.

The Role
Your mission is simple :

Get our claw and vending machines into great locations on a revenue-share model and turn those locations into long-term, high-performing accounts.

You’ll be responsible for the full 360 sales cycle – from identifying target venues, to getting in front of decision-makers, to negotiating terms and overseeing successful installs.

This is a role for a closer with a track record, not a “starter”. If you know how to sell physical, space-taking products into venues (or similar), this will feel familiar, just more fun.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development
  • Build a Target Venue List focused on high-traffic sites like:
    • Sports Venues (stadiums, clubs)
    • Shopping Malls & Retail
    • Leisure (cinemas, arcades, bars, student areas, family spots)
  • Identify Key Contacts (Managers, Commercial Teams) and reach out directly (email, calls, LinkedIn, visits).
  • Sell the Concept by pitching the machine and revenue-share model clearly, making it an easy 'yes' for the venue.
  • Create Offers and Negotiate terms (revenue splits, contract length, placement, branding).
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract signing and installation handover.
Account Management & Expansion
  • Be the main contact for venues: Check how machines are doing, fix problems, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Track machine performance: Quickly spot underperforming sites and suggest fixes (like moving the machine or changing the offer).
  • Look for growth opportunities: Find ways to place more machines or expand into other venues within the partner's group.
Execution & Operations Coordination
  • Work with Operations to plan machine setup, service, and restocking.
  • Handle all Venue Paperwork (safety, insurance, rules, branding).
  • Report back what works best (good locations, what issues come up, and which offers people like).
Reporting & Targets

Own and report through a clean CRM on a clear set of KPIs: machines placed, signed venues, average monthly revenue per machine, pipeline value, win rate.

What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiable: proven track record. We’re looking for someone who has already sold into venues / locations and can show it.

Must-haves
  • 3+ years of B2B New Business Sales experience (focused on acquiring new accounts, not just managing existing ones).
  • Proven success selling physical or location-based products (e.g., vending, retail hardware, experiential installations, kiosks).
  • Skilled in negotiating commercial agreements and revenue-share models.
  • Willing to travel for site visits, assessing locations for best placement.
  • Exceptional communication skills (in-person, phone, email) with the ability to clearly present commercial proposals.
  • Highly self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice-to-haves
  • Existing relationships with key venue types (stadiums, clubs, shopping centers, leisure groups).
  • Interest in football and fan culture—you ‘get’ the product and the target audience.

  • A strong pipeline of target venues with defined next steps.
  • A growing portfolio of signed, installed, and revenue-generating machine locations.
  • Measurable monthly revenue and clear data on top-performing venue types.
  • A clear, data-backed plan for scaling the rollout to 800+ machines across the UK / Ireland and future international markets (Europe, USA).
