This role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while engaging with customers and resolving account-related matters on behalf of various clients, primarily within the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-disconnection visits and meter inspections.
  • Perform customer vulnerability assessments and safety checks.
  • Negotiate and facilitate payment solutions.
