Job summary

A leading medical equipment provider in the UK is looking for a Product Support Specialist to support Joint Replacement procedures and train healthcare professionals. With at least 2 years of experience in a medical environment, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. This field-based role requires 80% travel as part of the South Wales & West Midlands team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ theatre or medical experience.
• Commercial knowledge and understanding of cost pressures surrounding surgical procedures.
• Presentation skills with modern presentation media.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical customers in Joint Replacement procedures.
• Provide training for theatre and healthcare staff on Stryker products.
• Coordinate with local sales team for events and training.
