• Proven experience in field-based loss adjusting across Home, SME, and Commercial property claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and coverage assessment.
• Excellent knowledge of buildings and contents quantum and current construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to support customers in vulnerable situations.
• Review digital evidence submitted via our online claims portal.
• Represent during surge events using our Surge Support Vehicle.
