A leading IT services provider is looking for a Field Support Specialist in the North London area. The role involves carrying out technical repairs, providing support and mentorship to engineers, and conducting site surveys for WiFi upgrades. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of EPoS and computer hardware, possess strong planning and communication skills, and be prepared for flexible working hours. A full UK driving license is essential, as a company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of maintaining and installing EPoS equipment.
• Detailed knowledge of computer hardware, including EPoS and IP networks.
• Planning and organisational skills, adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site visits for repairs on IT equipment.
• Provide support and coaching to employed engineers.
• Conduct site surveys for WiFi installation.
