Field Engineer

£27,000 + TOIL and company Van

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Support Engineer to deliver high-quality field support across a designated region. This role involves working closely with the Technical Department to carry out installations, maintenance, fault-finding and training on hardware and software solutions.

You will be the frontline representative of the business, building strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer training
  • Support customers in line with current legislation and software requirements
  • Plan and deliver a structured customer visit schedule in line with company targets
  • Complete accurate daily reports for all customer site visits
  • Respond to and resolve reactive service calls and technical faults
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest operational standards
