Chance to come 'off the tools' in this Field Engineer jobs role - you will be visiting the service network, supporting them with technical support. This is NOT a hands-on role - you will travel, train and support the workshops across the UK; HGV / commercial vehicle / trailers, axles, electronic braking systems.

Your background

• Experience in the truck, trailer, commercial vehicle, fleet, logistics, telematics and haulage / transport sectors.
• You MUST have some trailer experience - ideally axles / electronic braking systems (EBS).
• This Field Engineer jobs role would suit someone from the HGV / trailer sector who wants to be less hands-on (so come off the tools). It's NOT a hands-on role - it's more about doing some technical training and technical support of the service network / workshop technicians.
• You will therefore need good communication skills.
• You will work really closely with the service partners (commercial vehicle, truck and trailer dealerships, service centres etc).
• You will manage that relationship with the service partners.
• We are happy to train / pivot someone into this role.
