Job summary

A leading healthcare technology firm in the UK is seeking a Clinical Training Manager focused on supporting Synapse 3D. This role involves extensive field-based travel (up to 80%) across Europe. Responsibilities include providing clinical training and support, organizing workshops, and developing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Radiology or Surgical departments and have strong communication and project management skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Radiology and Surgical departments desirable.
• Must speak English fluently; French, Italian, German, or Spanish are a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and support to end users and sales channels.
• Organize and conduct workshops to promote education on Synapse 3D.
• Develop Key Opinion Leader relationships and drive large account conversions.
