With a career as a Field Care Supervisor at Comfort Call, every day will be different to the next. Our Field Care Supervisors are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. As a supervisor you will ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices as well as identifying training and development needs and carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews. You’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Ideally we would like you to have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in the service user’s home.
