About The Role

Responsibilities
  • As a Field Care Supervisor you will :
  • Write and update new and existing care plans
  • Coaching and mentoring care colleagues
  • Attending care reviews
  • Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis
  • Providing “hands on” care and support
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
  • Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
  • Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
  • Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.
