A leading engineering recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant & Vehicle Mechanic in Manchester. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile plant equipment across various sites. The position offers independence and is backed by a solid support team. Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and maintaining tools. A trade qualification and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with mobile plant equipment.
• Current Driver's Licence (HR/MR licence desirable).
• Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Conduct safety inspections and complete detailed service reports.
• Liaise with clients and site supervisors to minimize downtime.
