Job description

Role

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Wolstanton - 16 hours per week.

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 4 Monday, 4 Tuesday, 4 Wednesday & 4 Thursday. This is a temporary role until 27/12/2025.

You will need to complete your full shift within the working hours of 9am and 5pm. This role will include 30 minute travel within the zone.

Please note: The Christmas period is our busiest time and we are unable to authorise any leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Wolstanton but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start by mid-November latest.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use several apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
