Qualifications

  • Experience in a Parts department in a franchised dealership is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Kerridge.
  • Enthusiasm for motor trade with transferable skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with customers promptly and courteously.
  • Check and bin parts correctly against delivery notes.
  • Assist in stock checks and manage van deliveries.
  • Pack and load parts accurately.
  • Use the dealer management system for stock control.
  • Identify required parts for customers and workshops.

Skills

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Ferrari Swindon in our Parts department on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity.

Our Parts departments have an important role providing essential support and customer service, providing support and advice to our Service teams, as well as interacting with customers directly. You will use your expert knowledge about cars, how they work and how they fit together, to advise both Technicians and customers what is needed for repairs.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude, confidence, good communication skills and ability to problem-solve in a luxury retail environment whilst surrounded by exciting cars and friendly people.


Job Opportunity
  • Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
  • Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
  • Packing and loading Parts correctly.
  • Use the dealer management system to control stock.
  • Correctly identify required parts for customers and the workshop.

Essential Skills
  • Current or recent experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
  • Candidates who have transferrable skills and are enthusiastic about undertaking a new challenge in the motor trade may be considered
  • Full UK Driving Licence
