This is an exciting, rewarding and varied role as a Support Worker at Libertatem Healthcare Group in Plymouth. You will be responsible for providing support to adults with varying disabilities to enable them to live independently in their own homes. This includes assisting with household tasks, shopping, accessing the community, participating in leisure and social activities, administering medication, and providing personal care.

Main duties of the job

Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers to join their team in Plymouth. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a willingness and passion for promoting independence and providing person-centered support, as well as conducting themselves in a positive and proactive manner with safeguarding as a top priority. The role involves a wide range of tasks to support the clients, and a full driving license is desired but not essential.
