A leading support organization is looking for a passionate Female Support Worker to join its team in Redruth. In this role, you will assist individuals with learning disabilities and provide emotional support in various daily activities. You will need to be a driver and have the flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends. The position offers a part-time contract of 25 hours and aims to make a real difference in the lives of individuals by supporting them actively in their day-to-day routines.

DRIVER ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
As a Female Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Daily activities can include carriage driving, dance classes, volunteering jobs, walks along the beach, café trips, power boating, swimming. Every day is a new day at this service! It is a very active house, where there is always something going on! We support 4 people within one household who all get along very well, with a range of different support required.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
