A care service provider in the Derby Area is seeking Female Support Workers to deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves promoting independence and wellbeing through practical, emotional, and personal care support. Candidates should exhibit excellent communication skills and a warm attitude towards clients. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential. Location: Derby (DE24)
Hours: Flexible shifts between 07:00–22:00 + optional sleep-ins
Salary: £12.30 per hour (Point 1)

We are recruiting Female Support Workers to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs within a supported living environment.
Your role will focus on promoting independence, wellbeing and community inclusion. You will support individuals to live fulfilling, meaningful lives and develop their skills, confidence, and daily living abilities.
This involves a blend of practical, emotional and personal care support, including working with individuals who may present complex behaviours.

Sleep-in shifts may also be required. Shifts run 7 days a week and require flexibility.
