A healthcare support provider in Doncaster is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide compassionate care for a child with complex needs, including Epilepsy and Global Development Delay. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex care and possess strong communication skills. This role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the child's life through engaging activities. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, including support for further training.
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Day shifts 07.00 - 09.00, 14.45 to 17.00; Night shifts 20.30 to 06.30
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support a wonderful little girl in her family home in Hatfield, Doncaster.
She has complex clinical needs, including Epilepsy, Dystonia, and Global Development Delay, but these conditions are only one part of who she is. She has a vibrant and bubbly personality and enjoys the company of her three small dogs, who also share their home.
To make the most of meaningful outings and activities, we are looking for someone local to Hatfield, Doncaster, who can offer thoughtful, person-centred support. Your role will be vital in enriching her daily life through engaging activities and genuine connection.
