Creative Support is looking for a warm and caring Residential Care Worker to join our Care Home (The Laurels) in Carlisle, Cumbria. We provide quality care and support to residents, helping them lead a fulfilling and enriched life. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and the administration of medication for older adults, including residents with dementia.
• Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
• Support residents to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities, arranging enjoyable and entertaining experiences for all of our residents.
• Assist with communication and sharing activities with residents\' families and friends as appropriate.

Qualifications and requirements

• No previous care experience needed; passion for providing person-centred care and working in a fun environment.
• Full training is provided, with opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Evidence of vaccination needs to be demonstrated as part of the pre-employment process.
