Female PE Teacher – Maternity Cover

Are you a confident and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher looking for a rewarding maternity cover role? This welcoming secondary school in East Birmingham is seeking a committed Female PE Teacher to teach both Core PE and GCSE PE. With a supportive leadership team and motivated students, this is an excellent opportunity to join a school where high standards and positive relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

As the Female PE Teacher, you will be delivering engaging practical and theory lessons, inspiring girls to develop confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for physical activity. Job Role:

• Teaching Core PE and GCSE PE to girls across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive and motivating PE lessons
• Supporting students to achieve strong outcomes in both practical and theory components
• Contributing to extracurricular sport, clubs, fixtures or enrichment activities
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, participation and effort
• Working collaboratively with the wider PE department and school leadership
