A healthcare support provider is seeking a Female Mental Health Support Worker in Blackpool to assist a female with EUPD in her own home. The role requires providing 24-hour support and implementing care plans. Candidates should possess social care experience, particularly in mental health settings. This position includes a highly competitive salary and extensive training opportunities. Applicants must be female due to the nature of the role.

£13.50 per hour
Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Female Mental Health Support Worker within the Blackpool area to support a female in her 20's who has a diagnosis of EUPD and lives independently in her own home receiving 2:1 support 24 hours a day.
The person we support enjoys walking, listening to music, social media and spending time with her much loved pet cat.
24 hour days contract 2 x 12 hour shift per week with 2 sleeps @ £100 per sleep
We provide an initial week of training which is a combination of online training. (Company induction, systems, and Medication.) Followed by in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK which is a PBS approach to least restrictive practice, this is a therapeutic and proven alternative to restraint dominant approaches. You will then complete the person‑centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting. Training continues throughout your time with Gray Healthcare, and we encourage you to develop and grow your career with us.
