Female Live-In Care Assistant (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Various Locations

Shifts: long and short term live in roles available (2-hour break daily)

Salary: £714 - £756 per week, plus a £40 food allowance (Client Dependant) *with the ability to access a % of your earnings in just 4 days or less after completing shifts!*

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering companionship and fostering social interaction.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks to ensure hygiene and well-being.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Providing mobility support for safety and comfort.
  • Managing medication administration in accordance with care plans.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
  • Assisting with various daily tasks to support the client's needs.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A minimum of 3 months' prior experience in caring for elderly or dementia clients.
  • Arabic speaker, with a preference for the Shami / Levantine dialect commonly spoken in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, & Jordan
  • The ability to connect professionally and empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, even in challenging situations.
  • An understanding of the needs of elderly individuals, people with Dementia, or disabled adults who are vulnerable within society.
  • Ability to administer medications, making a meaningful difference in their health journey.
  • Ability to help with grocery chopping and meal preparation based on clients' preferences and needs.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety standards.
  • A passion for enabling person centred care and support
  • The ability to maintain meticulous records and documentation
