Female Care Assistant required to support a young woman with a physical disability (Huntington’s disease), who lives in the Newton Hall area of Durham
We are looking for a Care Assistant to support a young woman with day to day activities, including some assistance with housework and accompanying to social activities such as going out for coffee/shopping. This lady has limited mobility and speech problems.
Hours /Wage:
£13.00 per hour
Hours: 11am - 3pm Sundays and Thursdays
Duties:
Light housework, including making the bed
Accompanying client to social activities locally such as coffee, shopping.
Additional Requirements/Information:
Must like dogs as there are two friendly dogs at the property
Car driver required with own car and business insurance
Client uses wheelchair when out and about
Enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost
