Overview

Female Care Assistant required for a lady aged 44 years living in Newton Aycliffe. Salary: £13 per hour. Reference: 73a760cc.

Responsibilities

• Helping with dressing and undressing
• Personal care
• Using a ceiling track hoist
• Assisting with meals and drinks
• Light household duties (washing up, laundry, changing beds, vacuuming) as needed

Hours and Pay

Hours: 6.45-7.30am (45 mins) on weekdays; 7-7.45pm (45 mins) in the evenings. 1.5 hours per day, 10.5 hours per week. Pay: £13 per hour. Some flexibility on the morning times during school holidays.

Additional information

You will not be required to administer any medication. The person’s needs may change as the disease progresses. Must like dogs (two dogs living in the home). Good sense of humour essential. Own transport required due to timing of calls. No prior experience with MND is required.
