Job Summary

Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit due to our clients needs a Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker. Our client is a 8 year old girl who is non verbal, who lives with her parents in a bungalow in Bath.

Hours

Week 1: Mon,Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00

Week 2: Mon,Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00 Sat 12.00-16.00

Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care, transfers including a ceiling hoist.
  • Driving the client in her WAV- Manual.
  • Working alongside a full MDT which is already in place.
  • Assisting the client into the community.
  • Working alongside SALT.
  • Assisting with all hydration and nutritional needs.
  • Training & Background Checks: An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
