Overview

Autocentre Manager required in South Bristol.

Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses with £50,000+ annual on-target earnings. 48 hour week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm. Up to 44 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).

Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining the client's image, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
• Co-ordinating and controlling the work of autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.
• Ensuring the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
• Maintaining company housekeeping standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ideally at least a couple of years of experience in a similar autocentre management role with excellent customer service skills.
• Alternatively, exceptional Workshop Controllers or Service/Parts Advisors with relevant experience and aspirations to develop their careers will be considered.
• Any qualifications or practical experience as a Vehicle Technician or an MOT licence are desirable but not essential.
• A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
