Job description

A popular and on trend fashion retailer is looking for a Buyer to join their growing retail team and drive or product selection / range. This role is hybrid and will require 3 days in the office & 2 from home.

You’ll be at the forefront of product curation – identifying emerging trends, sourcing standout pieces, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure that stores are a host to must-have collections that excite customers and hit business goals.

Key responsibilites :

• Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and market data to inform buying decisions
• Source and select on-brand, high-performing products across categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brands
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery terms
• Manage stock levels, sell-through rates, and seasonal planning
• Collaborate with the merchandising, design, and marketing teams to bring collections to life
• Analyze performance and pivot strategies to maximize profitability

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer in fashion retail

Strong commercial acumen and trend forecasting ability

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Passion for fashion and deep understanding of the retail market

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

The salary is paying up to £48,000
