We're looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Farm Clinical Director to join our dedicated farm-only veterinary practice in South East Cornwall. This is a senior clinical role, focused on providing leadership within the vet team and supporting the Farm Practice Manager, sharing responsibility for the overall performance and direction of the practice.

About the Role

As Farm Clinical Director, you will:
  • Take the lead on clinical standards, ensuring best practice across the team.
  • Work closely with the Farm Practice Manager, providing clinical guidance and oversight to support them in running the practice.
  • Act as Vet Services Manager, responsible for the delivery of government OV work.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients, an interest in proactive and consultancy-led dairy work would be advantageous.
  • Join our excellent on-call rota (1 in 12) as we have a dedicated night vet covering half our rota.
About Us

We are a proud part of the VetPartners group, which believes in practices being led and shaped by the people who work in them. Our team includes 7 farm vets, 3 ATT, and a vet tech - all passionate about delivering proactive, high-quality veterinary care across beef, sheep, and dairy.

We pride ourselves on collaboration, support, and innovation - from novel pricing models to progressive herd health planning and preventative medicine.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £65,000-£80,000, depending on experience
  • Flexible working: choose between a 4 or 5 day week
  • Excellent on-call rota: just 1 in 12, with additional spring support
  • The opportunity to play a key senior clinical role in a truly farm-only practice with no small animal work
  • Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced Senior Clinical Directors within VetPartners
  • A supportive, collaborative culture with genuine input into the clinical direction of the practice
  • Benefits such as discounts through MyPerks for various shopping/travel/entertainment places, 6.6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays), generous & actively encouraged CPD allowance, discounted veterinary fees, enhanced maternity/paternity/surrogacy/adoption/shared parental leave, money back for various Health & Wellbeing treatments through Healthshield and much more!
Who We're Looking For

This role would suit a confident and motivated farm vet with a passion for clinical leadership and supporting colleagues.
