The role focuses on administration, bookkeeping, compliance and operational systems to support the owner in managing and improving a diverse farm business. Salary £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience. On-site accommodation available if required.

We are recruiting for a long established organic farm near Bath, operating diversified enterprises including eggs, turkeys, vegetables, events, property rentals and a farm shop in Bristol. With a focus on maintaining sustainable operations while improving efficiency and profitability across all areas of the farm.

Responsibilities
  • Manage farm business administration, bookkeeping, compliance and operational systems to support the owner in managing and improving a diverse farm business.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in farm business management or rural enterprise administration
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented
  • Capable of setting up and maintaining financial, administrative and compliance systems
  • Analytical skills are essential, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations
