Family Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join this long established Buckinghamshire firm. Working within a team of experienced Family Lawyers, this is fantastic opportunity to progress your career as a Family Solicitor. The firm is one of the oldest firms in the area, and have a long standing and large client base. There is a clear path to become Head of the Department with a route to partnership.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Divorce
• Finances
• Cohabitation and separation
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Private children work

Experience of covering or assisting with Court Hearings (including remote court hearings) and undertaking your own advocacy would be of interest but not essential.
