Family Lawyer

A Chichester law firm has a requirement, due to further expansion, for a family lawyer, who may be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, to manage and develop a family caseload on behalf of privately funded clients. The firm is strategically placed to service clients throughout West Sussex and hold numerous accreditations from regulatory bodies.

This family lawyer role will take responsibility for a busy privately funded family law case load to include divorce, separation, civil disputes, private children law, financial settlements/ancillary relief and civil partnerships. The role will require excellent technical knowledge and strong customer facing qualities. The Family solicitor role may be full time or part time will be considered for the right candidate.The role is commutable from Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel and Midhurst.

A qualified family lawyer in family law. Strong communicator, excellent technical knowledge in family law, ability to achieve financial targets and work with minimal supervision.

Salary dependent upon experience.
