A specialist family law firm in Greater London is seeking a permanent full-time family solicitor. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to clients, actively mentor junior staff, and manage cases independently. Candidates should have at least 5 years PQE and demonstrate a strong commitment to business development and team culture. The role

Based in our Clapham Common or Liverpool Street office hybrid working competitive salary and benefits.
If successful you will join a well-established team of specialist family solicitors and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring your cases are progressed on a day-today basis. You will be expected to display leadership skills by mentoring more junior solicitors and paralegals and by being a role model at our firm both in your approach to work and your interactions with colleagues.
In addition to client work the successful candidate will take on internal projects which promote or progress our firms commercial aims.
You will be building a reputation within the family law world and thinking about what specialisms to develop and how to market these within our firm and outside.
The successful candidate will have a good academic track record and 5 years PQE as a specialist family solicitor.
