Overview

Work within Cheshire East's Family Hubs, supporting children aged 0‑19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND). Gain hands‑on experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
  • Support families to receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Family Hub teams to provide high‑quality, integrated support services.
  • Contribute to the transformation of services following a recent redesign aimed at improving outcomes for families.
  • Develop communication, organisation and customer service skills within a public service setting.
  • Receive mentoring and on‑the‑job training from experienced professionals in family and community services.
  • Assist with the overall delivery of the Strong Start, Family Help and Integration Service.
