Job summary

A recruitment agency in Hinckley is seeking an experienced Factory Quality Control operative for a temp to perm role with immediate start. Responsibilities include trimming and buffing aerospace grade rubber components, ensuring quality through visual inspections, and packing products. Attention to detail and a high level of dexterity are essential, along with basic paperwork completion. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 15:30, with a shorter day on Friday. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Quality Control operative for a temp to perm role with an immediate start!

Daily tasks include the trimming, buffing, visual and dimensional inspection, and packing of aerospace grade rubber components.

You must have great attention to detail, and a good level of dexterity. Basic paperwork will need completing to trace your tasks.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay is £12.21 an hour and overtime will be paid at an additional rate. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days. We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 15:30 and enjoy a shorter day on Friday, 06:30 to 11:30!
