Skills and experience

You’re an enthusiastic and adaptable team player, who prides yourself on maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy and customer service. You have well developed written and verbal English language communication skills and excellent time management. This role includes

• Working packing machines
• Packing products in line with business and customer specifications
• Picking product ready for Filleters
• Stacking pallets as per guidelines
• Stock control in the chillers
• Wrapping pallets ready for shipment
• Reducing waste through quality checking and reducing packing errors
• Following food hygiene and health and safety policies
• Assisting the Factory Management as required

This is a night shift position, 45 hrs. per week, 5 nights per week, either Sunday night to Friday morning or Monday night to Saturday morning.

Hourly rate is £12.51 per hour, on top of the basic salary, there is also 15% night shift allowance paid if the attendance is 100%. The advertised salary includes 15% night attendance bonus.
