The Best Connection are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client's busy food processing facility in Leytonstone. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced food production environment, where you'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on the production line handling pork products
  • Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Operating machinery and following strict health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
  • Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous factory, warehouse, or food production experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
  • Comfortable working with pork and meat products
  • Ability to work in a chilled environment
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
