Job description:

Responsible for all technical and infrastructural facility issues in Crown's European branches. This position reports to the Senior Manager Facilities Europe and involves travel.

The main responsibilities are:

·Regular site visits, conducting internal audits including reporting, accompanying external auditors

·Reviewing existing structures and processes with regard to building maintenance and implementing new processes and structures in this regard

·Implementation of the current Crown standard for branches in all areas

·Ensuring compliance with local regulations and inspection requirements

·Close cooperation with the Technical Facility Manager regarding the implementation of global Crown guidelines and standards

·Project management of refurbishment or construction projects including budget monitoring

·Supporting the Senior Manager with new build projects and new site searches.

·Participation in budget planning for the European branches

Personal Specification:

Preferred Qualifications

·Bachelor Facility Manager or other technical education

Knowledge of supply technology, energy management, fire protection

Professional experience of at least 5 years in a comparable position

Business fluent in English and German,
