• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with pool plant.
• Experience with reactive works on pool plant and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair building service systems.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and supervise sub-contractors.
• Respond to reactive works and emergencies.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
