A prominent healthcare organization in Nottingham is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team of Facilities Assistants across various mental health services. Responsibilities include maintaining safe environments, managing rotas, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Candidates must have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. This role is key to supporting a large healthcare team dedicated to making a difference in communities.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our Community South team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing up to 20 Facilities Assistants across a range of inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
We will ensure that facilities operations run smoothly, supporting safe, clean, and compliant environments for patients and staff. This includes managing rotas, audits, and site coordination, while providing essential oversight for staff working early shifts and as lone workers.

Responsible for overseeing Facilities Services being actively involved at Supervisory level to ensure a professional, skilled and knowledgeable workforce is maintained whilst working within Policy.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
