A leading facilities management provider is seeking a Facilities Manager for a 12-month FTC in Brighton. You will oversee hard and soft FM services at client offices, managing a team and ensuring service delivery for approximately 1000 staff members. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of FM experience, preferably with a project management background. The role offers a competitive salary and requires candidates who can start at short notice and live within 45 minutes of Brighton.

Our client a leading provider of facilities management services is recruiting a facilities manager on 12 month contract to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services at their clients offices in Brighton East Sussex accommodating approx. 1000 staff.
Candidate will ideally have minimum 3-5 years experience at FM level and will have worked for an FM Services Company on a 5
Candidates would also benefit from project management experience.
We are looking for an FM who is available to start at short notice and who lives within 45 mins of Brighton.
