Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking to take ownership of a diverse, premium portfolio right in the heart of Central London? We’re supporting a prestigious property owner to hire a Facilities Manager to oversee a collection of high-quality buildings across a uniquely mixed estate.

The Role

As Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational excellence of a historic and high-profile London estate. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a mixed portfolio
  • Ensuring full health & safety compliance, statutory obligations and best-practice FM processes
  • Managing tenant relationships, supporting day-to-day operational needs and resolving building issues
  • Overseeing PPM schedules, O&M manuals, asset registers, and ensuring documentation integrity
  • Supervising the in-house maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring high performance and value for money
  • Supporting service charge budgeting, financial monitoring, approvals and cost control
  • Managing minor works, refurbishments, and liaising with project teams on larger schemes
  • Collaborating with internal teams on sustainability, procurement, insurance, H&S and operational improvements
  • Participating in emergency response and out-of-hours escalation when needed
You will have
  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-site or multi-building facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of combined hard and soft services
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (essential)
  • Solid understanding of building operations, compliance, and technical FM
  • Confident skills in budgeting, service charges, financial management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude
