Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years previous experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Requires an ability to complete basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• Requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Perform general maintenance tasks safely without endangering anyone.
• Complete service requests as assigned.

Skills
