A leading HR advisory firm in London is seeking a Maintenance Support Executive to assist with coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in facility or property management and a Diploma in Building & Facilities Management. This role offers a basic salary of $3,000 - $4,500 and requires strong organizational skills and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects.
  • Respond to requests for maintenance work.
  • Investigate reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timely completion of records.
  • Keep proper records of legal contracts and vendor information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of work.
