Job Description

The Facilities Engineer (Electrical-bias) will:

  • Conduct the daily operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all systems function efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and use the BMS effectively.
  • Support the implementation and completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the premises.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to improve overall operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Engineer (Electrical-bias) should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent & 18th Edition)
