Facilities Coordinator (Part-time)

This could be your opportunity to excel as a Facilities Coordinator, as well as playing a vital role in helping our business succeed.

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a committed Facilities Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a dependable, proactive and flexible Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a member of the Infrastructure division, it is key you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the facility on a day-day perspective
• Organise basic maintenance, cleaning of facilities & cleaning contractor, site access, meeting room availability, lunch/meeting refreshments, lunch supplier
• Alignment with HSE activities and compliance (regular audits, fire inspections & drills, legionella monitoring)
• Manage the phone system & incoming call direction
• Manage visitors

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of facilities co-ordination of an Infrastructure related operations premises
• Understanding and experience of key HSE activities and principles
• Good customer service skills
