• Experience in the Building Services industry.
• HV Authorised Person (preferable).
• A good level of English and Mathematics required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contract management of staff and building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team.
• Liaise with client and Area Manager on contract problems.
• Ensure quality is maintained throughout the facilities.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
