A leading logistics company based in the UK is seeking a Facilities Client Contract Manager to oversee all facilities operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management, contract management, and budget oversight. Responsibilities include managing service partner contracts, driving innovation in facility design, and ensuring compliance across all properties. Competitive salary package is offered, including a car allowance and various benefits.
Field based – Unipart sites as required. £70,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme.
As the Unipart Facilities Client Contract Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational oversight of all facilities operations and MHE, ensuring optimal performance of service delivery, infrastructure equipment, and automation systems across warehouses, distribution centres, offices, and transport hubs.
